Compressed air detection for oil, water, solid particles, microorganisms, compressed air, and nitrogen is used in many applications across various industries, especially,In the clean room, use compressed gas to operate equipment and clean the manufactured products. Meanwhile, compressed air is a great power source with excellent application performance, clear and transparent, convenient transportation, non condensing characteristics, and no special harmful properties. Compressed air can be used to drive various pneumatic machinery, pneumatic valves, control instruments, automation devices, and as a process medium. Due to the impact of the cleanliness of compressed gas on clean rooms and manufactured products, untreated compressed air contains a large amount of moisture, dust, wear particles, bacteria, and even deteriorated lubricating oil. All of these pollutants mix together to form a dirty and corrosive sludge, which is usually acidic and rapidly wears down pneumatic equipment, clogs valves and vents, and corrodes pipeline systems, endangering the inherent quality of drugs. Therefore, it is necessary to treat the moisture, oil content, and dust of compressed air, and quantify the levels of particles, microorganisms, and oil-water content to meet production needs.
