Product Operation
1. Clean all parts of the machine thoroughly. (Note: This machine should be equipped with pneumatic components. To prevent abnormal damage, a pressure switch is installed. When there is no air or insufficient air pressure, the machine cannot be started. The normal operating pressure is 0.4-0.8Mpa.)
2. Before starting each shift, please lubricate the linear bearings of the guide slide table and the sliding bearings of the hopper once (edible oil can be injected).
3. After preparation, feed the slurry into the hopper and start the machine (optional modes: 1, 2. Mode 1: fill the hopper once; Mode 2: fill the hopper twice). Place the template evenly on the conveyor belt to start production.
4. Pay attention to checking if the template is bent during daily cleaning. If it is bent, make sure to manually straighten it.
