Product features

1. Adopting an oil-water mixing process design, the waste residue generated during the frying process of food can sink into water at any time, and the oil in the residue soaked in water returns to the oil layer, eliminating food residue.
2. Adopting digital temperature control, the temperature difference accuracy is within+-2 degrees Celsius, with a temperature control of 300 degrees high. It is also designed with a high temperature upper limit power-off function, which can power off when the temperature exceeds the set temperature by 10 ℃, ensuring safe heating.
3. Adopting a multi funnel design, its advantages include clean slag discharge without dead corners, leaving no residue, maintaining internal cleanliness, and easy cleaning.
4. The cooling groove inside the machine adopts a triangular design, with no dead corners, no residue, and easy cleaning.
5. Using a dedicated motor and frequency converter for speed regulation, the frying time range can be adjusted from 20 seconds to 15 minutes. The equipment has a wide range of applications and is suitable for various frying processes of food.
6. Adopting a double-layer mesh belt design on top and bottom to maintain uniform frying color when the product floats up during the frying process, without causing uneven frying of floating food.

Product Principle

The oil temperature is automatically controlled throughout the entire process, and the temperature can be freely set from 0-300 degrees, suitable for frying various types of food with different processing requirements. The water addition valve is located at the lower oil layer, and water can be added at any time without affecting the frying process. It is also equipped with a check valve, which solves the problem of oil backflow into the water pipe if the water is stopped during the water addition process

Product Usage

Check if all valves of the frying machine are closed → turn on the power (confirm that the hood mesh belt is lowered to the working state) → turn on the heating (there must be oil in the oil tank) → turn on the fan → the oil temperature rises to the temperature → turn on the scraper → turn on the main mesh belt → turn on the circulation pump
Shutdown process:
Turn off the heating → turn off the mesh belt → turn off the circulation pump → until the outlet does not discharge slag outward → turn off the scraper → turn off the fan → until the oil temperature displayed on the monitor is below 50 degrees → turn off the return oil pipeline valve → turn on the oil pump pipeline valve → until there is no residual oil in the oil tank, the smoke hood, pressure floating mesh belt, and main mesh belt can be raised and the power can be cut off to clean up
