PE quartz sand pickling tankIt is composed of a bracket, tank body, tank bottom, lid, sand inlet, liquid outlet, liquid inlet, etc. The tank body, tank bottom, funnel mouth, and tank lid are formed in one go. The bottom of the tank is funnel-shaped, with a liquid outlet below the funnel mouth and a cylindrical filter screen wrapped with filter cloth above. There is a sand discharge port with a sand discharge shut-off valve on one side of the bottom of the funnel-shaped tank. The outlet pipe is sealed with a bottom cover, and a drainage pipe with a shut-off valve is installed below the bottom cover. A drainage branch pipe with an acid drainage shut-off valve is installed on the drainage pipe above the shut-off valve. There are sand inlet and liquid inlet on the tank cover.
