Customization of PPH storage tanks

PPH spiral wound storage tank is one of the many types of storage tanks, and it is also a promising plastic material storage tank today. It is commonly used for the storage and temporary storage of production materials in industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food, oil and fat, printing and dyeing, metallurgy, environmental protection, and light industry. The reason is also due to the advantages of PPH storage tanks compared to traditional anti-corrosion tanks. The PPH bucket adopts the PPH spiral winding stacking technology, which is produced in one molding process. This process technology removes the welds on the cylinder body, and the thickness of the equipment is not limited by the sheet metal. It can achieve a decreasing thickness from the lower part to the upper part of the cylinder body without affecting the overall integrity of the equipment. At the same time, the top and bottom plates are also welded with a spiral extrusion automatic welding machine, which improves the safety factor and strength. The following are the precautions for the application of PPH.

1. The appearance of the PPH bucket should be inspected before application, and its surface should be free of defects such as cracks, shrinkage holes, slag inclusion, folding, and double skin. The corrosion depth and indentation mechanical damage depth shall not exceed the negative wall thickness deviation allowed by the corresponding product standards. During use, there shall be no positive or negative pressure. Generally, storage tanks will have a vent at the factory, which must not be blocked.

The shell test pressure of the PPH tank valve needs to be below 1.5 times the nominal pressure, and the test time should not be less than 5 minutes. The test results should be based on no leakage of the shell filler, and the sealing test should be conducted at nominal pressure, with no leakage on the valve sealing surface. The liquid contained should not reach the head or cone top

3. The valve cannot be directly installed on the flange. A short pipe needs to be connected to check for leakage in the manhole. If there is a problem, maintenance is required,

4. It is necessary to observe the protruding surface of the external thread of the PPH storage tank, and the accuracy and surface roughness should comply with the design concept or specifications, and there should be product differentiation.
