Overview

PN: 610116 Frog Vision's new generation ppb dissolved oxygen sensor is based on the principle of fluorescence quenching. Blue light is irradiated onto the fluorescent oxygen molecule probe to excite red light. Since oxygen molecules are the quenching agent of the fluorescent probe, they can take away energy. Therefore, the time and intensity of the excited red light are inversely proportional to the concentration of oxygen molecules. The dissolved oxygen sensor calculates the concentration of oxygen molecules by measuring the phase difference between the excited red light and the reference light, and combining it with a temperature compensated 3D calibration data model.
