Startup program:

1clear. Before each startup, pull out the furnace bridge and clean the furnace ash, slag, and cyclone processor ash hopper of the combustion engine. The observation port should clean the glass before starting the furnace every day to observe the combustion condition inside the furnace. Check the hopper for biomass pellet fuel before each startup.

2Turn on the device. Turn on the power switch, press the system start button, set the target temperature of the oven on the temperature controller, and set the target temperature of the bath on the bath temperature controller. After about 15 seconds, the oven induced draft, burner blower, and feeder start working, and observe whether the circulating fan and various components are operating normally. After normal operation, press the oven or sink heating start button again, or press only the oven or sink heating start button as needed.

4Ignite. (Diesel automatic ignition), press the ignition switch, and the blower will stop running. Observe whether there is a combustion flame in the furnace. If there is a combustion flame, open the material door switch. The biological particles will automatically enter the furnace for preheating in about 20 seconds. After 2MIN, the diesel burner will automatically stop ignition and observe whether the particles in the furnace are burning normally. If the combustion is not normal, the ignition start button needs to be pressed again for a second ignition. At this time, the operator needs to continue observing and confirm that the particles in the furnace have burned normally before leaving.

2、 Shutdown program:

1. When shutting down, press the delay stop button, then close the material door switch (remember). At this time, the feeder continues to feed and sends out the remaining material in the material cylinder. After about 5 minutes, the remaining material in the material cylinder is sent out, and the feeder automatically stops. After 30 minutes, the hot air circulation fan, oven, sink induced draft fan, and combustion fan will automatically stop.

Attention:

1Ensure that the air pressure is not less than 3kg when starting up, otherwise the material door will lose control. When igniting and observing flames, do not face the observation mirror directly to avoid flames spraying out and burning yourself. When the1When the second ignition is not ignited, the material door switch should be disconnected during the second ignition to prevent gas explosion caused by too much furnace material. The material door can only be opened again after the second ignition.

2When shutting down, do not directly turn off the power. Press the delayed shutdown button to close the material door switch. And personnel can only leave after confirming that the material door latch has been closed. To prevent particle material from burning back, furnace overheating damage, furnace bridge coking, and spiral deformation damage. If the closing function of the material door is damaged due to equipment failure, it should be repaired in a timely manner, and all the material in the hopper should be removed after stopping the machine before repair.

3Do not change the various time settings and parameters of the frequency converter and temperature controller inside the control box at will, so as not to affect normal control.

4Never let any large objects fall into the hopper, otherwise the spiral will be damaged. Regularly observe the hopper for particles and add particles in a timely manner to avoid affecting normal heating.

5If there is a sudden power outage, remember to remove all the materials from the hopper to prevent them from burning back and causing backfire.

6After a delayed shutdown once a week and when there is no flame in the furnace, open the regulating valve of the induced draft fan tozuiLarge, automatic dedusting for pipes in the furnace, and the regulating valve needs to be restored after dedusting
