Maintenance and upkeep of equipment:

Therefore, regular inspections and defocusing are required. Check once every 3-7 days, clean and dredge the accumulated slag every day, and close the slag cleaning port.

Coke removal method: Remove the burner from the equipment and gently tap the coke block with a wooden or iron rod from the burner to remove it from the gasification chamber. (Note: Do not damage the gasification chamber and fire passage during coke removal) Coking is closely related to fuel, and it is recommended to use fuel with a soil content of 1% -3%. Excessive impurity content can cause a large amount of coking and reduce the service life of equipment.
