The water quality VOC online monitoring system developed by Meta in Germany consists of three parts.
The first part is the WSS 3 water quality online sampling system, which is suitable for headspace method and complies with German standards such as DIN 38407-9, DIN 55672, VDI 3897, etc. The tested water sample enters the headspace gasification zone through an automatic injection program, and after a certain temperature headspace process, the sample gas is sent to the subsequent gas chromatography column by the carrier gas.
The second part is the gas chromatography and detector section. Using conventional water quality organic pollutant analysis methods - gas chromatography, volatile and semi volatile organic pollutants in water are analyzed and detected. After the sample gas is sent into the gas chromatography column by the carrier gas, according to the principle of chromatographic separation, various pollutant components in the sample are separated due to different retention times.
Can be equipped with multiple detectors: PID, PID&TID, FID. The PID detector can meet the conventional detection requirements, comply with the TO-15 priority monitoring compound list, and meet the water quality and environmental standards. By combining different gas chromatography systems, monitoring of nearly 300 types of organic pollutants can be achieved. The short detection time can be controlled within 3 minutes.
The third part is the data processing part, including the computer system and A/D conversion part. The computer system is equipped with intelligent software for analyzing and storing data, which includes functions such as gas chromatography analysis; Data processing; Visual display of data; Print records; Automatic conversion of measurement points; Raw data storage; Result storage; Calibration records; Free control parameters; Alarm and monitoring signal output; Can develop data reports with upper and lower limit values; Wait.
