KAT-15 online thermal conductivity hydrogen analyzerUsed to measure the percentage of selected gas in binary mixtures. Adopting high-quality electric heating regulators, utilizing the thermal conductivity of gas, with reliable performance and high stability. The instrument is enclosed in an explosion-proof enclosure and meets ATEX Cat II rating in hazardous areas. If installed in non hazardous areas, a universal version can also be provided.

The high stability of sensors reduces calibration costs, and compared with other similar products, the binary gas analyzer eliminates drift to the greatest extent, thereby enhancing measurement stability. This feature provides a longer verification cycle while reducing labor and consumable costs.
Reliable performance thermal conductivity sensors do not contain movable parts and are not affected by vibration or transportation. Suitable for installation in offshore and similar environments. Non consumable technology sensors do not require regular component replacement, significantly reducing maintenance time and costs. The components are not consumed during processing, so their performance remains consistent and does not drift.
The KAT-15 online thermal conductivity hydrogen analyzer has local display function and is easy to install. It provides two 4-20mA outputs and is packaged in a sturdy and durable casing with all-weather protection. It can be directly installed on on-site measurement points.
