A high-precision, high stability, low maintenance, and economically reliable carbon dioxide analyzer is needed in the fields of petrochemicals, pipeline natural gas, oil and gas fields, and purification plants to monitor product quality in real time and provide reference for process control. The microprocessor based online carbon dioxide analyzer provided by ASI meets the above requirements. The ASI 2605C online carbon dioxide analyzer is a continuous online analyzer based on the principle of low dispersion infrared. The pressure is reduced to 10psi, and the flow rate is controlled at 500ml/min through a flow meter. The sample gas enters the analyzer and is analyzed by a low dispersion infrared sensor to obtain the carbon dioxide content.

After modulation and conversion, the optical electrical signal is output to the * bit machine through a 4-20mA signal, while also providing alarm and RS-485 output signals. The explosion-proof display screen (LCD) that comes with the analyzer can display current readings, historical data, analysis cycles, alarm information, and process prompts (such as automatic calibration in progress, local and remote error signals, etc.). The analyzer can also communicate with other analyzers. The accessories and materials used in the analyzer are well crafted and have sufficient on-site interchangeability. All materials in contact with the process gas are corrosion-resistant materials
