OM-CP-SVR101 is an independent data logger designed to record acceleration for spectral analysis of vibration and peak values. This device is highly suitable for many applications, including durability testing, mechanical fault detection, and vehicle vibration monitoring. This device records and marks the time labels of 3-axis vibration and peak values to provide a historical record of impact/vibration conditions. This device uses FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) to measure and calculate real-time spectral data from 0 to 128 hertz. In order to effectively utilize memory, OM-CP-SVR101 only retrieves data when it exceeds the (user preset) trigger level. *The small sampling rate is 2 seconds, and the device can display peak impact data of X, Y, and Z, as well as vector sum of evaluation data, with a duration of up to 4 hours. The data is stored in non-volatile solid-state memory.
The OM-CP-SVR101 and OM-CP series data logger software make data retrieval fast and simple. Simply connect OM-CP-SVR101 to the empty COM port on the PC (via the OM-CP-IFC110 interface cable). After uninstalling the information to the PC, OM-CP series software can be used to visualize, analyze, and display the information, and it can also be easily exported as 3D graphics in Excel.
