OM-CP-HITEMP140-FR Temperature RecorderIt is a high-temperature data logger with ultra fast response time that can record temperature during rapidly changing thermal processes. This high-temperature data logger features a probe with a diameter of 50 L x 1.59 millimeters (2 x 0.0625 ") and is capable of recording frequencies up to 4 Hz, which is four times higher than other data loggers in its class. This enables temperature sensors to quickly adapt and accurately record temperature changes in constantly changing environments, with applications including oven contour analysis, steam * *, high-pressure * * validation and mapping, seafood processing, quick freezing, etc.
