OM-CP-HITEMP140-FP-36 Temperature RecorderIt is a durable and user-friendly high-temperature data logger, characterized by a slender and small diameter RTD probe, which is very suitable for use in steam * * and freeze-drying processes. This stainless steel data logger is commonly used for mapping, verifying, and monitoring high-temperature surfaces and environments. There are two models, OM-CP-HITEMP140-FP-36 and OM-CP-HITEMP140-FP-72. A flexible probe length of 91.4 centimeters (36 inches) or 183 centimeters (72 inches). The flexible probe is coated with PFA insulation and can withstand temperatures up to 260 ° C (500 ° F) with an accuracy of ± 0.1 ° C (± 0.18 ° F). OM-CP-HITEMP140-FP also offers an optional heat shield to extend the working range of the data logger to -200 to 250 ° C (-328 to 482 ° F). OM-CP-HITEMP140-FP-TSK (Heat Shielding Kit) comes with a ventilated or top flush housing, suitable for a variety of applications.

The OM-CP-HITEMP140-FP probe is designed to be narrow and lightweight, making it ideal for placement in small bottles, tubes, test tubes, and other small diameter or precision applications. Due to the use of flexible probes, the risk of rupture (small bottles and probes) typically associated with stainless steel probe data loggers is reduced, and the position and location of the probes are easy to operate. This device can record and store up to 32700 time stamped readings, and is equipped with non-volatile solid-state memory that can retain data even when the battery is discharged.

OM-CP-MULTIMANT-Z is a multifunctional stand or bracket that can be used in conjunction with the OM-CP-HITEMP140 series data logger. It can be used to stabilize the recorder inside an autoclave, or it can be screwed onto a flat surface to form a fixed base. OM-CP-MULTIMANT-Z is made of 316 stainless steel and can withstand temperatures up to 150 ° C (302 ° F), making it ideal for high-pressure transformer processes.

OM-CP-HITEMP140-FP uses * new software. Data can be viewed in graphical or tabular form, and summaries and statistical views can be used for further analysis. This software has the ability to export to Excel ®, Data annotation, digital calibration, and other functions.
