JJYMX-1 Fiber Oil Absorption Tester
1、 Purpose:
The fiber oil absorption tester is used for measuring the oil absorption index of fibers used in asphalt pavement of highway engineering.
2、 Product features:
1. The vibration speed is uniform and the stirring is thorough.
2. Use time relay settings to control vibration time.
3. Evenly mix and stir thoroughly.
4. Can manually control the vibration time (achieved through power on/off)

4、 Usage:
1. According to the experimental requirements, weigh the corresponding mass of fiber and mineral oil mixture and pour it into the sample sieve on the instrument.
2. Set the vibration time, plug it into a 220V, 50Hz power supply, press the power switch to the "on" position.
3. After reaching the set time, the instrument automatically shuts down and emits an alarm sound.
4. Turn off the power switch, remove the sample sieve, weigh the sample sieve and the fiber that absorbs mineral oil, and calculate the oil absorption index according to the relevant formula.
5. When conducting the second experiment, simply repeat the above steps.
