1.scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, and inspection of the adhesion performance tester for galvanized coatings on steel components
Rules, as well as labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage.
This standard is applicable to the production and inspection of the adhesion performance tester for galvanized layers of steel components used in highways.

3.Technical Requirements
3.1structure
The steel component galvanized layer adhesion performance tester consists of three components: hammer head, hammer handle, and base, as shown in Figure 1.
3.2appearance
The surface of the hammer head should be smooth, flat, not easily worn, and free of rust; The surface of the hammer handle should be smooth, flat, and free of burrs.
The combination of hammer head and hammer handle should be firm; The base and hammer handle should move flexibly.
3.3Overall dimensions
The nominal dimensions and allowable deviations of the hammer head, handle, and base are shown in Figure 1 and Table 1.

3.4 Materials and Quality
The hammer head is made of 45 steel with a mass of (210 ± 10) g and is chrome plated on the surface.
The hardness of the hammer blade (Shore) shall not be less than 40HS.
The handle of the hammer is made of oak and weighs (70 ± 10) g.
The base is made of Q235 steel and has a chrome plated surface.
