Malibu Glass Ink MG3C 188 Black Oil is a high black, high-density screen printing ink for the 3C market, which solves some of the shortcomings and deficiencies of traditional glass lens inks. Malibu MG3C188 ink meets and exceeds the chemical resistance and high coverage requirements currently required by the 3C mobile phone glass lens industry. Scope of use: Malibao glass ink MG3C188 (screen printing ink) is very suitable for printing screen printing ink on glass, ceramic products, metals, aluminum, chrome parts, coating substrates, and thermosetting plastics. High gloss, semi opaque, silicon free, fast curing, two-component ink.

Not suitable for substrates located outdoors, nor for substrates directly exposed to UV light indoors, as determined by the characteristics of the adhesive inside.

Printing environment: The completed printing environment usually refers to a room temperature of 20-25 degrees, a temperature of 45-60%, and a surface tension of at least 40mN/m in order to produce good adhesion. Moreover, the surface of the glass must be very clean, without graphite, silicone resin, dust, and grease (such as fingerprints). Flame treatment before printing can enhance the adhesion of ink. For silicon free MG3C ink, it is necessary to use a clean screen, scraper, ink pump, etc. to reach the test tube (for automatic ink supply) and nozzle (for manually filling ink into the screen). If there is an automatic cleaning system for screen printing machines for cleaning, we recommend manually cleaning with a new cleaning agent without silicon ink residue before printing.
