1. Physical drying is very fast, taking 90 seconds at 20 ℃; If used for printing, dry at 30 ℃ for 15 seconds. Adding hardener TPH1 or TPH2 will prolong the drying time.
The above time also varies depending on the substrate, etching depth of the printing plate, drying conditions, and auxiliary agents.
The TPR series ink with 2 fade resistance only uses pigments with strong fade resistance. After mixing and blending with printing varnish or other colored inks (especially white ink), its resistance to fading and wind erosion will be weakened to varying degrees due to different blending ratios. If the thickness of the printing ink layer becomes thinner, it will also weaken its resistance to fading.
The pigments used in TPR ink have the characteristics of solvent resistance and plasticizer resistance.
After appropriate drying, the ink film exhibits good adhesion, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, and adhesion resistance, as well as resistance to gasoline. Most TPR inks can be used for high-frequency welding (except 980 black and 73 black). In some cases, adding 10% hardener TPH1 or TPH2 can improve the adhesion, surface stability, and solvent resistance of ink.

The TPY series is particularly suitable for printing on ABS, pre treated PP and PE, rigid PVC, thermosetting plastics, metals, painted surfaces, wood, paper, and cardboard. If hardener H1 or H2 is added, the resistance and adhesion of TPY will be enhanced. Due to the different printability of the above-mentioned substrates, even the same material should be tested for printability to meet specific requirements during specific applications. TPY is mainly used for printing packaging of PE, PP or rigid PVC materials. When printing PE or PP, the surface of the substrate must be flame or corona pre treated as usual.
