Introduction to Q41F-16 Natural Balloon Valve
Natural gas ball valves are ball valves equipped with pneumatic actuators. The execution speed of pneumatic actuators is relatively fast, with a switching speed of 0.05 seconds per time, so they are usually called pneumatic quick cut-off ball valves. Pneumatic ball valves are usually equipped with various accessories, such as solenoid valves, air source processing triplets, limit switches, locators, control boxes, etc., to achieve local control and remote centralized control. The opening and closing of the valve can be controlled in the control room, without the need to manually control it on site or in high-altitude or dangerous areas, which greatly saves human resources, time, and safety.
Performance principle of Q41F-16 natural balloon valve
1. Fixed axis ball valves are commonly used on natural gas pipelines. There are usually two types of seat designs for fixed axis ball valves: one is the downstream seat self release design; Another design is the dual piston effect. Both of these have a double cutoff sealing effect.
When a valve with downstream self release function is in the closed state, pipeline pressure acts on the outer surface of the upstream valve seat ring, causing the valve seat ring to tightly adhere to the sphere. If the medium leaks from the upstream valve seat into the valve chamber, when the pressure in the valve chamber exceeds the downstream pipeline pressure, the downstream valve seat will detach from the ball and release the pressure in the valve chamber downstream of the valve.
3. Pipeline ball valves with dual piston effect design normally apply pressure to the outer side of the end of the valve seat sealing ring, which forces the valve seat sealing ring to press towards the valve body, thereby forming a seal between the valve seat sealing ring and the valve body.
If the valve seat leaks, pressure will directly enter the interior of the valve body, acting on the inner side of the upstream sealing surface of the valve seat sealing ring and tightly squeezing the upper part of the valve seat sealing ring. At the same time, this force will force the valve seat sealing ring to press towards the valve body, thereby forming an effective seal between the valve seat sealing ring and the valve body
