The esophagus can be divided into cervical, thoracic, and abdominal segments. The cervical segment of the vertebrate esophagus is located behind the trachea and at the front end of the spine, while the thoracic segment is located within the mediastinum between the left and right lungs. The thoracic segment is connected to the abdominal cavity through a diaphragmatic foramen, while the abdominal segment is short and connected to the stomach. The esophageal structure of mammals is divided into four layers from the inside out: mucosal layer, submucosal layer, muscular layer, and outer membrane. Among them, the muscle layer consists of skeletal muscles in the upper one-third, smooth muscles in the lower one-third, and a mixture of skeletal and smooth muscles in the middle. The arrangement of its muscle fibers consists of two layers: inner circular and outer longitudinal. The esophagus also has a sphincter muscle, located at the level of the human cricoid cartilage, called the upper esophageal sphincter muscle; The lower esophageal sphincter is located at the lower end of the esophagus, with a portion above the diaphragm passing through the diaphragmatic foramen and another portion below the diaphragm in the high-pressure zone. Esophageal leiomyoma is a benign tumor originating from the smooth muscle of the esophagus, commonly found in the middle segment of the esophagus, followed by the lower segment, and rarely in the neck segment. In clinical practice, most lesions occur between the walls, while others can occur within the lumen, beneath the outer membrane, and in a few cases in a diffuse manner, resulting in extensive tumor like proliferation of the esophageal muscle layer.
Cell characteristics

Depending on the weather conditions and transportation distance, the company and the customer will negotiate and choose one of the following methods.
1) 1mL cryopreserved cell suspension is put into 1.8ml cryopreserved tube and transported in foam insulation box filled with dry ice; After receiving the cells, please thaw and revive them for cultivation as soon as possible. If resuscitation cannot be performed immediately, the frozen cells can be stored at -80 ℃ for one month.
2) The T-25 culture bottle is filled with culture medium and transported at room temperature; After receiving the cells, please observe the growth status of the cells under a microscope. If the bottle laying rate exceeds 85%, immediately perform passaging operation. If there are many suspended cells, please place the culture bottle in the incubator overnight to help non dead suspended cells adhere to the wall again.
