This product can be widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biological products, mineral pump beverages, brewing, watches, etc. to filter bacteria and particles in water quality, pharmaceutical oil, lubricating oil, fuel oil, and scientific research laboratories. Generally, particles can be removed with a diameter of 0.65 microns or more, and bacteria can be removed with a diameter of 0.45 or less. This product uses positive pressure, which works faster than negative pressure.

Connect the funnel to the outer pressure drum and install the upper cover!

(1) Place the filter membrane flat in a cleaning container and soak it in distilled water at around 70 degrees Celsius to keep the specimen completely moist. After a few hours (about 4 hours or more), pour out the water and soak it overnight using the above method. Before use, soak it in distilled water at an appropriate temperature and clean it once.

(2) Place the cleaned filter membrane (wet) into the sand core funnel and lay it flat on the sand core to prevent leakage around it. Add the filtrate from the inlet and wait for the funnel to remove air and the bubbles to disappear before tightening the inlet for filtration.

Notes:

(1) Water film is suitable for liquid medicine with pH 2-9, and should not be used for strong acid-base or organic solvents including alcohol.

(2) This product generally has a temperature resistance of 130 degrees and a pressure resistance of 3-4 kilograms per square centimeter.

(3) The microporous membrane can only be used as a later stage filter, and the filtrate must be pre filtered through a plate frame or other filter material to avoid membrane blockage.

(4) The above method is only applicable to the filtration of water-based drugs or other water solvents.

(5) After starting up, pay attention to the pressure gauge and control the pressure at around 0.1MPa, otherwise it is easy to damage the sand core funnel.

(6) The pressurization device uses a power supply of AC220V/50HZ.
