1、 The size of the high-efficiency filter air outlet must meet the design requirements. Clean thoroughly before installation. Efficient filters need to be installed and replaced in the clean room for the air supply outlet. The joint between the outlet flange and the ceiling panel should be sealed with a dense gasket. Install and replace high-efficiency filter vents in the technical interlayer. Before installation, cooperate with civil construction to embed short pipes. If there are cracks between the short pipes and the ceiling panel, they must be sealed. Damaged coating on the surface of the air vent shall not be installed. After the installation of the air outlet, it should be immediately connected to the air duct, and the open end should be sealed with plastic film and tape
2、 Before installing the high-efficiency filter air outlet, the clean room must be thoroughly cleaned and wiped clean. If there is dust accumulation inside the purification air conditioning system, it should be cleaned and wiped clean again to meet the cleaning requirements. If high-efficiency filters are installed in the technical mezzanine or ceiling, the technical mezzanine or ceiling should also be thoroughly cleaned and wiped clean.
3、 After the cleanroom and purification air conditioning system meet the cleanliness requirements, the purification air conditioning system must be put into trial operation. After continuous operation for more than 12 hours, immediately install a high-efficiency filter after cleaning and wiping the clean room again.
4、 The transportation and storage of high-efficiency filters should be placed in the direction indicated by the manufacturer's logo. During transportation, handle with care to prevent severe vibrations and collisions.
5、 Before installing the high-efficiency air supply outlet, the filter must be unpacked and visually inspected at the installation site, including whether the filter paper, sealant, and frame are damaged; Whether the side length, diagonal, and thickness dimensions meet the requirements; Whether the frame has burrs and rust spots (metal frame); Whether there is a product qualification certificate and whether the technical performance meets the design requirements. Then perform leak detection. Those that pass the inspection and leak detection should be installed immediately. During installation, reasonable adjustments should be made based on the resistance of each filter. For one-way flow, the difference between the rated resistance and average resistance of each filter on the same air outlet or supply surface should be less than 5%. 6、 The frame for installing high-efficiency filters should be flat. The allowable deviation for the flatness of the installation frame of each high-efficiency filter is not more than 1mm.
7、 When sealing between the high-efficiency filter and the frame using sealing gaskets, stickers, negative pressure seals, liquid tank seals, and double ring seals, the surface of the packing, filter frame surface, frame surface, and liquid tank must be wiped clean.
8、 When using a sealing gasket, the thickness of the gasket should not exceed 8mm, and the compression rate should be 25% to 30%. When using liquid tank sealing, the liquid level in the tank should meet the design requirements, and there should be no leakage at the joints of the frame. When using a double ring sealing strip, do not block the holes on the ring cavity when pasting the sealing strip; Both double ring sealing and negative pressure sealing must keep the negative pressure pipeline unobstructed.
9、 When installing a high-efficiency filter, the arrow on the outer frame should be aligned with the airflow direction *. When installed vertically, the crease seam of the filter paper should be perpendicular to the ground.
