Generally, 80-120W/cm UV mercury lamps can be used for curing and drying. The curing speed of ink must take into account the reflection of the general UV dryer, the number of UV lamps, usage time, energy, ink thickness, color, material, printing speed, and the number of UV curing cycles. After transfer printing, the standard ink adhesion test must be conducted at room temperature of around 20 ℃, followed by a hundred grid test using adhesive tape.
Tampacure TPC, a transfer printing UV ink with 2 fade resistant properties, uses medium and high-grade pigments that are not easily faded. Therefore, the range of ink usage can meet the short-term European outdoor climate standards.
Once UV cured and dried, it will have good abrasion resistance and chemical resistance. To enhance the characteristics of the ink, 5% hardener can be added. You can use commonly available transfer printing steel plates and transfer printing adhesive heads on the market

Tampacure TPC transfer printing UV ink is suitable for printing on ABS, hard PVC, PC, PS, PMMA materials. If you want to transfer printing on PS, PA, pre treated PE, PP, and coating materials, you must add H2 hardener to achieve good adhesion. In addition, for transfer printing on general metals, UVHV1 promoter must be added to achieve good adhesion.
