1、 Product Introduction:

The MH-YYL piezoelectric rainfall sensor uses the principle of impact measurement to calculate the weight of a single raindrop, and then calculates the rainfall amount. Raindrops are subject to the weight of raindrops and air resistance during their descent. When they reach the ground, their velocity remains constant. By measuring the impact with P=mv, the weight of raindrops can be determined, and the sustained rainfall can be obtained.

Without mechanical components, it is more robust, durable, sensitive, reliable, maintenance free, and does not require on-site calibration compared to other rain gauges.
