1、 Background information:
Pharmaceutical enterprises shall, in accordance with the requirements of the "Good Manufacturing Practice for Drugs (Revised in 2012)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Specification"), equip temperature monitoring systems or temperature and humidity monitoring systems (hereinafter referred to as the "System") in refrigerators, warehouses, cold storage facilities for storing drugs, and equipment for transporting refrigerated and frozen drugs, to automatically monitor and record the temperature and humidity conditions during drug storage and transportation in real time, effectively prevent various risks that may affect drug quality and safety during storage and transportation, and ensure the quality of drugs during storage and transportation. Unified assembly of intelligent temperature and humidity automatic monitoring system to meet the requirements and policies of national drug regulation.
2、 Product Overview:
The MH-WT01 cold storage refrigerator wireless temperature monitoring system can monitor and record the temperature of a large area of multiple points, and transmit the temperature data in real time to a PC. The system monitoring software is used for data storage and analysis, and outputs and prints historical data and curve graphs. In case of equipment abnormalities, it also notifies the corresponding regulatory personnel in various forms such as on-site multimedia audio, sound and light alarms, telephone alarms, mobile SMS alarms, and network client alarms. The device itself has data storage function, and the temperature collector still automatically saves data even when the computer is turned off or the temperature monitoring software is not turned on. In the event of a power outage, the equipped uninterruptible power supply can be used to maintain the operation of the system. When a call is received, the temperature monitoring software can be used to download and retrieve the data stored inside the device to the computer, in order to meet the requirement of daily data (temperature data will not be lost if the software is not turned on).

4、 System features:
1. It displays and records monitoring information in real-time through various methods such as digital, graphic, and image, and can expand up to thousands of monitoring points.
2. Temperature and humidity alarm upper and lower limits can be set for each monitoring point, and an alarm signal can be automatically issued when abnormal data occurs at the monitored point. The alarm methods include on-site multimedia audio, sound and light alarm, network client alarm, telephone alarm, mobile SMS alarm, etc. Upload alarm information and conduct local and remote monitoring. The system can notify at least 5 different duty personnel at different times;

The temperature monitoring system software adopts a standard Windows 98/2000/XP fully Chinese graphical interface, which displays and records the temperature and humidity values and curve changes of each monitoring point in real time, collects historical data, values, minimum values, and average values of temperature data, accumulates data, and displays alarm screens.

4. The system can be expanded with various recording data analysis and processing software, which can draw bar charts, pie charts, perform curve fitting and other processing. It can output in TEXT format and also enter office software such as EXCEL spreadsheets for data processing.
5. The monitoring host can use monitoring software to print temperature data and operation reports at any time.
6. Powerful data processing and communication capabilities, utilizing computer network communication technology, allow any computer within the local area network to access the monitoring computer and view temperature and humidity changes at monitoring points online, achieving remote monitoring. The system can not only be monitored in the duty room, but also conveniently viewed and monitored in one's own office.
7. User level management: The system has strict password and user level systems, and different personnel have different permissions. Provided a management platform for users to ensure that only staff members can perform corresponding management and operations.
8. When the monitoring computer is turned off or damaged or paralyzed, the temperature and humidity data recorded by the temperature and humidity collector for several hours to several days is not lost, and is stored in the collector for easy retrieval, analysis, and viewing by the temperature and humidity monitoring software.
9. The development of control software adopts software engineering management, openness, and scalability. Due to the software based system design concept of hardware functionality and modular and communication network design of system hardware, the system can upgrade software functionality and expand hardware types as needed.
10. When designing the system, interfaces are reserved to allow for the addition or removal of hardware devices at any time. The system only requires a small amount of modification and can be completed in a very short period of time. New content can be added at any time according to changes in policies and regulations.
11. During and after equipment improvement and maintenance, there is no need to stop or restart the temperature monitoring system.
12. All systems are reliably grounded to prevent static electricity.
