Strong heavy oil cleaner can quickly remove heavy oil stains. Suitable for manual cleaning of various mineral oils, animal and vegetable oils, engine oil, butter, lubricating grease, stretching oil, stamping oil, cutting oil, rust proof oil and other oil stains on metal and non-metal parts under normal temperature or heating conditions, as well as various forms of mechanical cleaning, such as pressure spray cleaning, manual wiping, immersion cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, etc.

Scope of application of strong heavy oil cleaning agent:

Suitable for cleaning various heavy oil stains in industries such as hardware, precision metal parts, electroplated parts, door locks, hinges, slides, chains, bolts, nuts, electronic parts, bearings, stamping parts, automotive parts, motorcycle parts, bicycle parts, mechanical manufacturing and repair, automotive manufacturing and repair, agricultural machinery repair, mechanical equipment maintenance and upkeep.

Usage of Strong Heavy Oil Cleaning Agent:

1. Dilute industrial machinery and equipment and metal products by 2-10 times before use; All kinds of machinery, machine tools, and scattered workpieces can be wiped, soaked, and cleaned with ultrasonic waves. Mild oil stains can be diluted 20 times.

2. Clean the gearbox, oil pipelines, and filters, and dilute parts with heavy oil stains by 1-5 times for cleaning.

3. Circulating cleaning: Oil pipelines and sealed containers can be cleaned using anti-corrosion pumps.

4. Cleaning food processing machinery, food ingredient containers, and vegetable oil, milk, soy sauce, and animal oil on the floor of food processing workshops can be diluted 10-20 times for brushing or spraying. When heated to 40-80 ℃, the brushing method is more effective for focusing on the paste and oil layer.

Precautions for Strong Heavy Oil Cleaning Agent:

1. Adjust the concentration of the cleaning solution according to the severity of the oil pollution.
2. Timely remove the floating oil on the surface of the tank liquid to avoid secondary pollution.
3. Add 1% to 3% cleaning agent regularly every day. If the cleaning effect is still unsatisfactory after adding, replace with a new liquid.
4. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, rinse with clean water or saline solution; Prohibited for consumption.
