Application of heavy oil cleaning agent

1. Heavy oil cleaning agent is suitable for cleaning and degreasing various stubborn animal and vegetable oils, gelatinous animal and vegetable oils, machining oil stains, engine oil, stretching oil, stamping oil, lubricating oil, cutting oil, rust proof oil, butter, wax oil, and heavy and difficult to clean animal and vegetable oils that have been stored for a long time;

2. Animal oil and vegetable oil are commonly used as lubricants in metal processing, but the high temperature during metal processing can easily cause oil and grease adhesion, or after storing the processed workpiece for a period of time, oil and grease can solidify and adhere, making it extremely difficult to clean. This product can solve the problem of oil removal;

3. In the face of the situation where traditional degreasing agents cannot be cleaned in the market, this product can be used as a substitute.

Usage of heavy oil cleaning agent

1. Mixing ratio: 1:30; For heavy oil pollution, it is recommended to use a concentration of 5% -10%;

2. For light to medium oil stains, oil can be removed at room temperature; For heavy oil stains, it is recommended to use at 50 ℃ -70 ℃;

3. After degreasing, rinse thoroughly with water before proceeding to the next process.
