SPRAY-1500D low-temperature spray dryer (vacuum spray dryer) is carefully developed for thermosensitive materials. The whole machine is compact in design, self-contained, and can operate without other facilities. One click power on, color large LCD touch screen operation, can adopt automatic or manual monitoring modes for easy operation and monitoring of experimental processes, especially realizing instant drying of materials under low temperature conditions (50 ℃), providing a convenient and safe drying method for heat sensitive materials, such as enzyme preparations, active bacteria and other biological products, high sugar content extracts of traditional Chinese medicine natural products, heat-resistant polymer materials, materials that vaporize when exposed to heat, etc.

1. The whole experimental process of spray drying was completed in a vacuum environment, which greatly reduced the drying temperature of materials and solved the problem of spray drying of heat sensitive materials.

2. Low temperature spray dryer adopts color touch screen operation: heating temperature PID constant temperature control, creep pump feeding speed can be adjusted.

3. The low-temperature spray dryer is equipped with an oil free air compressor. The particle size of the powder is normally distributed, with good fluidity and low noise;

4. The spray head is a concentric spray head. During the atomization, ensure that there is no eccentricity that causes the spray to one side of the bottle wall. The spray head can move up and down after installation to facilitate the adjustment of the atomization position and improve the drying effect of spray; The atomization structure of the two fluid spray is made of stainless steel, which is compact in design and convenient in use without auxiliary equipment.

5. In order to meet the requirements of users to adjust various parameters within the experimental range, real-time PID constant temperature control technology is adopted in the design of drying temperature control, with a heating temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃.
