1. The dry fully automatic nitrogen concentrator is controlled by a 7-inch large LCD touch screen and can process 12 large capacity samples (200ml) at the same time;

2. The instrument uses optical sensors for constant volume, which can be set to 0.5ml/1ML/2ML;

3. The nitrogen dryer adopts 12 independent constant volume adjustment devices to ensure the accuracy of constant volume of solvents of different colors;

4. When the concentration reaches the preset capacity, the system automatically stops the nitrogen purging of the corresponding channel and keeps prompting. The prompt function can be selected to be turned off or on;

5. The heating method adopts dry heating to prevent the sample from being contaminated by water vapor;

6. The heating module is made of aluminum material, with fast heating speed and good uniformity, and the module can be replaced;

7. Each heating process of the sample adopts independent temperature control and independent gas control to ensure that the sample is controlled to a constant volume by temperature after personnel forget to take the sample;

8. Adopting an automatic pressure regulating device, the air pressure uniformity of each gas path is good;

9. The dry fully automatic nitrogen concentrator adopts independent throttling valve control, with good air tightness in the gas path. The spiral gas needle (replaceable) accelerates the concentration rate and greatly saves nitrogen consumption;
