1、 Application Overview

LC-TS3D type furnace front molten iron analyzer (foreign trade type)Suitable for on-site rapid and accurate determination of the main chemical composition and mechanical properties of casting alloy melts in casting production. Widely used for on-site measurement of carbon equivalent CEL, carbon content C%, silicon content Si%, pouring temperature TM, liquidus temperature TL, and solidus temperature TS in raw iron such as gray iron, mare iron, ductile iron, and creep iron. The results are directly printed. Solved the problem that conventional analytical instruments cannot meet the time requirements for rapid analysis in front of the furnace, in order to meet the quality control requirements of casting production

2、 Main functional features

1The instrument is used for rapid analysis and quality control of the composition of molten iron in front of the casting furnace. It adopts anti electromagnetic interference, dust-proof, ultra-thin and portable design, which is economical, practical, and easy to operate

2By improving the evaluation method, important metallurgical parameters can be automatically controlled to compensate for the difficulty of accurately measuring non-metallic elements (C, Si) in the "spectrum" and the inability of conventional analytical instruments to meet the time requirements for rapid analysis before the furnace, thus meeting the quality control requirements of casting production

3The instrument adopts high brightness and large-sized LED digital display, which can easily read measurement data from the LED display screen even in dim light

4The instrument can automatically measure gray white solidified cast iron, eliminating manual operation. Expand external output devices that can connect signals and measurement data (large remote displays, signal lights, computers, printers)

5Adopting the domestically produced Omega K thermocouple with compensation connectors in the United States to avoid signal fluctuations caused by connector issues that may affect testing accuracy.

6Germany imports silicone rubber thermocouple extension compensation wires that are very soft, heat-resistant, and have small errors, greatly improving the service life of the wires and enhancing testing accuracy.

7By using thermocouple signal processing chips with good accuracy and low drift, and thin film resistors with PPM level drift and good stability, the testing accuracy can be improved by orders of magnitude.
