F6.1 Container

The test container is shown in the figure, made of organic glass with a sealed lid, with an inner diameter of 100mm and a height of 160mm. A bundle of 7-wire steel strands is placed in the middle of the container. The height of the steel wire bundle exposed inside the container is 10-30mm.

F6.2 Test Procedure

The test container is placed on a horizontal surface, and the stirred slurry is injected into the container with a volume of about 800ml, and the accurate volume of the slurry is recorded. Then tightly seal the sealing cover and insert the steel wire bundle in the center position. After standing for 3 hours, use a straw to suck out the amount of water that separates from the surface of the slurry, transfer it into a 10ml measuring cylinder, and measure the amount of bleeding V1.

F6.4 Calculation Method

Bleeding rate=V1/V0 × 100%

In the formula: V1- the volume of upper bleeding of the slurry;

V0- volume of slurry before testing.
