Purpose: WLSY type shaftless spiral conveying and compacting integrated machine, also known as shaftless spiral conveying and pressing machine, is a new type of equipment that integrates conveying and squeezing of grid slag in the sewage treatment process. The grid slag extracted by the grid cleaning machine is conducive to external transportation and treatment after conveying and compacting.

Construction and transportation process:

The WLSY type shaftless spiral conveying compaction integrated machine consists of a driving device, shaftless spiral, U-shaped sugar, bracket, lining plate, cover plate, feeding port, extrusion section, discharge port, and drainage pipe. The material is input from the feeding port, and the slag is pushed forward by the spiral to the extrusion section for dehydration before being discharged from the discharge port. The extruded water flows through the drainage pipe and is introduced into the grate channel.
