The Huihui HHWS/DZ integrated water-cooled screw industrial chiller has the following characteristics:

1. Efficient integration and energy-saving of the system, outdoor rainproof design without the need for a computer room: the integrated water-cooled screw type industrial chiller unit is combined with optimized refrigeration system components to achieve efficient integration of unit system components, water pumps, and cooling towers, maximizing system integration and energy saving. The whole machine sheet metal rainproof design is directly placed outdoors, without the need for a dedicated computer room, saving the construction cost of the computer room;

Programmable PLC control, with just one click start, the entire refrigeration system achieves fully automated operation: remote and on-site one click stop and start, as well as related program operation and use. After starting, the entire refrigeration system achieves automated operation according to the refrigeration load, and each system component is linked, communicated, controlled, and coordinated for operation;

3. Industrial grade high configuration and high standard design: using high configuration and system integration to cast high-quality products, a professional team designs according to industrial grade standards, with low noise and minimal vibration. High precision German FAG and Swedish SKF bearings are used in both radial and axial directions, combined with axial thrust balance drums to effectively balance axial loads. The condenser and dry evaporator of the unit are both equipped with high-efficiency heat transfer tubes, and the main engine uses imported high-efficiency semi enclosed twin-screw compressors, which have many advantages such as compact structure, small volume, light weight, and small installation position. The semi enclosed twin-screw compressor has fewer moving parts and uses a 5:6 ultra efficient screw rotor. There is no direct wear between the rotors, making it highly reliable. 6. A comprehensive energy control system:

It automatically adjusts the start and stop of the unit according to load changes, making it more energy-efficient. During operation, the computer control system will change the energy output of the unit based on changes in the client's thermal load.
