An integrated instrument suitable for non-contact continuous level measurement of liquid and particulate materials. There are two types of transmitters with different measurement ranges to choose from. Suitable for continuous non-contact integrated measurement of liquids, slurries, wastewater, tanks, and solid powders. Example: (Sewage lift pump station, sewage treatment tank, water level measurement of water treatment plant filter, solid powder and granular materials with good fluidity). Measurement of open channel flow and measurement of weir flow (wastewater, mud, lime slurry). System integration.
Prosonic T FMU30 integrated ultrasonic level gaugeworking principle
The FMU30 sensor emits ultrasonic pulse signals to the surface of the material. The material reflects the echo, and the echo signal is received by the sensor. Prosonic calculates the time difference t between the sensor's emission and reception of pulses. The distance between the sensor's measured diaphragm and the material surface is calculated from time t and sound velocity c using the formula D=c t/2

When installing the probe, it should be ensured that the highest object level is below the blind spot, and the probe end face should extend into the tank. (Exception when installing pipes)
Note that the installation angle probe should be perpendicular to the object surface and avoid the feeding sector
Two ProsonicTs cannot be installed simultaneously in one tank
The probe cannot be installed at the center of the tank
