Overview

The correct measurement of Baode Burkert flowmeter requires attention to the following requirements when selecting the position on the pipeline: the sensor can be installed on both straight and horizontal or inclined pipelines, but the center line of the two electrodes must be in a horizontal state. The medium should flow through the entire pipe at the installation position to avoid gas adhesion to the electrode. For liquid-solid two-phase fluids, vertical installation is adopted to ensure even wear of the sensor lining and extend its service life. When the installation position of the Baode Burkert flowmeter is not filled with the medium in the pipeline, the method of raising the flow rate semi rear pipeline can be adopted to fill the pipeline. It is strictly prohibited to install it in the pipeline

Product Details

Baode Burkert flowmeterProper measurement requires attention to the following requirements when selecting the position on the pipeline: sensors can be installed on straight pipelines, as well as on horizontal or inclined pipelines, but the centerline of the two electrodes must be in a horizontal state. The medium should flow through the entire pipe at the installation position to avoid gas adhesion to the electrode. For liquid-solid two-phase fluids, vertical installation is adopted to ensure uniform wear of the sensor lining and extend its service life. When the installation position of the Baode Burkert flowmeter is not filled with the medium, the method of raising the flow half rear pipeline can be adopted to fill the pipeline. It is strictly prohibited to install the flowmeter at the highest point and outlet of the pipeline. Modification of pipeline installation method: When the medium flow rate does not meet the requirements, a smaller diameter flowmeter should be used. In this case, a reducing cone tube or modified part of the pipeline should be used. The Baode Burkert flowmeter should be of the same diameter as the sensor, but the front and rear straight pipe sections must at least meet the following requirements: the front straight pipe section must be ≥ 5DN, and the rear straight pipe section must be ≥ 2DN (DN is the pipe diameter). The front and rear straight pipe sections of the flowmeter should be ≥ 5DN, and the rear end must be ≥ 2DN.

Baode Burkert flowmeterIts function is to generate a uniform DC or AC magnetic field. The DC magnetic circuit is implemented using magnets, which has the advantages of a relatively simple structure and less interference from AC magnetic fields. However, it can easily polarize the electrolyte liquid inside the measuring tube, causing the positive electrode to be surrounded by negative ions and the negative electrode to be surrounded by positive ions, resulting in electrode polarization and an increase in internal resistance between the two electrodes, which seriously affects the normal operation of the instrument. The function of an electromagnetic flowmeter is to generate a uniform DC or AC magnetic field. The DC magnetic circuit of the Bode Burkert flowmeter is implemented using a magnet, which has the advantages of a relatively simple structure and less interference from AC magnetic fields. However, it is prone to polarization of the electrolyte liquid passing through the measurement tube, causing the positive electrode to be surrounded by negative ions and the negative electrode to be surrounded by positive ions, resulting in electrode polarization phenomenon. The Bode Burkert flowmeter also causes an increase in internal resistance between the two electrodes, which seriously affects the normal operation of the instrument.

Baode Burkert flowmeterWhen steam enters the body, a part of the steam indirectly enters the throttling element (nozzle or orifice plate) and undergoes throttling action, forming a differential pressure. Another part of the steam indirectly enters the diversion pipe through the nozzle and radiates to the impeller, which rotates to form torque. The lower part of the impeller shaft is equipped with damping blades, which rotate in a radiator filled with water, and the water acts as a damping force on the rotation of the impeller. That is, the impeller is effectively absorbing the kinetic energy of the jet, and the Bode Burkert flowmeter rotates the impeller shaft at a speed that balances the torque of the impeller and the braking torque of the damping plate. The steam entering the body is divided into the diversion pipeline in a certain proportion, and the speed of the impeller is inversely proportional to the flow rate, so the speed of the impeller is also inversely proportional to the total steam flow passing through. The rotation of the impeller shaft is adjusted to the appropriate speed through an acceleration gear, and then transmitted to the pointer of the counter through a magnetic coupling. The pointer rotates once, and the accumulated character wheel enters one character. The Baode Burkert flowmeter can indirectly read the steam flow rate on the meter head.
