Overview

The DKK analyzer obtains gas concentration by analyzing the selective absorption of laser by gas. The difference between it and traditional infrared spectroscopy absorption technology is that the spectral width of semiconductor lasers is much smaller than the broadening of gas absorption lines. Therefore, DLAS technology is a high-resolution spectral absorption technique, and the intensity attenuation of semiconductor laser passing through the measured gas can be expressed by Lambert Beer's law, which indicates that the higher the gas concentration, the greater the attenuation of light. Therefore, the concentration of gas can be measured by measuring the attenuation of laser by gas. After collision between photons and gas molecules

Product Details

DKK analyzerBy analyzing the selective absorption of laser by gas, the concentration of gas can be obtained. Photons collide with gas molecules and scatter, producing a spectrum different from the laser spectrum. DKK analyzer also produces spectra that are specific to different molecules, which is what we call "Raman scattering spectra". The detection chamber wall is equipped with 8 optical filters and photoelectric sensors to absorb and detect specific spectral frequencies of different molecules, thereby obtaining the content of 8 different gas components to be measured.

DKK analyzerBy applying analytical instruments, we can achieve improvements in industrial technology, efficiency, quality assurance, and cost reduction. Therefore, it can be said that users are not just consumers, but more importantly, they are beneficiaries. Therefore, accelerating the development and promotion of application technology, and maximizing the actual use effect of analytical instruments, is an important task that analytical instrument manufacturing enterprises need to accomplish. Due to the powerful network and communication capabilities, remote maintenance also makes the provision of this service simple and easy. At the same time, with the increasing demand for precision, performance, and stability of analytical instruments and systems, as well as industrial process analysis systems in downstream industries, DKK analyzers will utilize * technology and processes to select appropriate analyzers, application software, circuits, and gas paths, promoting the development of analyzer systems towards low power consumption, multifunctionality, integration, and systematization, which will be the industry's development trend.

DKK analyzerThe instrument/system consists of a variable frequency power transmitter with digital output and a secondary instrument with digital input, which are connected through optical fibers. *Avoiding attenuation and interference in transmission links in complex electromagnetic environments. The lowest accuracy index measured under various test conditions of electrical products such as motors, frequency converters, transformers, and energy-saving lamps is used as the nominal accuracy index. According to the range of voltage and current from 1mV to 20kV, 100uA to 7000A, there are more than 100 specifications and models of variable frequency power transmitters to choose from. For high voltage and high current measurement, low voltage and low current transmitters can be used in conjunction with external sensors. DKK analyzer can also directly use high voltage and high current variable frequency power transmitters for measurement, reducing intermediate links and improving system measurement accuracy. Each analyzer can be configured with 1-6 power units (variable frequency power transmitters). For testing projects with more power units, multiple analyzers can be cascaded to achieve accurate synchronous measurement between multiple analyzers under the control of synchronous optical fibers.
