What is an induction voltage tester?

Inductive withstand voltage test refers to applying a voltage to the winding of a transformer, which is not less than twice the rated power supply voltage and the frequency is not less than twice the lower rated frequency; Require the winding to show no signs of burning, flying, breakdown, or damage during the specified duration of the voltage; Require that there is no significant change in the no-load current and power consumption under the rated working power supply before and after the induction withstand voltage test. According to the test standards, the induction test voltage for power transformers and voltage transformers should be approximately 2-3 times the working phase voltage. *At rated frequency and rated voltage, the iron core of the transformer is close to saturation. If a test voltage greater than the rated voltage is applied to both ends of the winding of the tested transformer using a power frequency source, the no-load excitation current will increase sharply, reaching an unacceptable level.
