2、 The working principle and structure of the testing machine

1Working principle:

There is a test panel rack parallel to the direction of air flow in the wind tunnel. After starting the axial flow fan, the air speed is controlled by an air volume control device3±0.3m/sInternally, place the coated test panel on the test panel rack in the inspection wind tunnel, adjust the drying control time according to the product standard requirements, and automatically stop the machine after the time is up. Visually inspect the surface of the test panel for cracks.

2Structure:

The testing machine is mainly composed of an axial flow fan, a testing wind tunnel, a test specimen rack, an air volume control device, a timer, an anemometer, etc.

III Operation Method:

1Operation of anemometer:

（1）Place the battery inside the bottom cover of the anemometer

（2）Turn on the switch according to the anemometer user manual (see anemometer user manual for details)

2Operation of Timer:

The delay range of this timer0.01Second -99hour99Divide, preset arbitrarily, with the middle button as the time period switch.

Adjust the timer within the required time.

Note: This task is pre-set before starting up, and the preset key of the timer cannot be changed without authorization after starting up, otherwise the timer will be invalid.

3According to the instructions for the putty product, apply the main coating in the specified amount onto the surface of the prepared test panel (above the base coating), and immediately place it on the test panel rack in the wind tunnel, parallel to the airflow direction. This testing machine can generally place two specimens for parallel testing.

4Turn on the power of the testing machine, the power indicator light will turn on, the axial flow fan will start, and the timer will start counting.

5Open the anemometer (operation manual for anemometer), follow the arrow direction marked on the anemometer fan, hold the speed measuring fan perpendicular to the outlet of the bellows, observe the anemometer display screen, and adjust the wind direction to3±0.3m/sWithin, air drying work begins.

6When the timer reaches the preset time, the testing machine stops working, the test panel is taken out, and the surface is visually inspected for cracks.
