3、 Usage method

1Firstly, adjust the pressure value according to the test conditions of the specimen. The adjustment method is:.Turn on the power switch, press the "Settings" button to set the working pressure and working time, adjust the parameter size by pressing the plus or minus button, and then press the "Settings" button to shift. After setting the parameters, press the "Start" button to exit the parameter settings.

2.Up and down loop difference setting, long press the setting button(5second), Window DisplayHXXX. LXXXSet the upper and lower pressure difference, adjust the parameter size by pressing the plus or minus keys, and shift by pressing the "Set" key (short press). Set the parameters and press the start button to save and exit the parameter settings.HAdd the set pressure value to indicate the pressure stop value of the instrument, and subtract the set pressure value from itLValue, indicating the starting value of instrument pressurization.

5Turn on the switches of each permeable plate and use an inner hexagonal wrench or force rod to release the pressure rings of the three permeable plates. Open the three valves that control the permeable plates and close the drain valve. Inject clean water into the water inlet at the right rear corner of the water receiving plate. Turn on the power and press the start button until the water inlet hole in the middle of the permeable plate comes out and fills the permeable plate. Immediately turn off the power, place the test piece on the annular rubber ring of the permeable plate, and then place the seven hole plate or cross plate on the test piece. Press down the pressure ring and tighten it with the force rod.

6Turn on the power switch again and press the start button to start pressurization. At this time, the pressurization indicator light will turn on.

7When the pressure reaches the upper limit, the pressurization will automatically stop. At this time, the constant pressure indicator light will be on. After completing the test according to the specified time, open the water tank drain valve and pressure drain valve to release the water and relieve the pressure. Then release the pressure ring and remove the specimen.
