1. Normalization of Management

The data acquisition and transmission instrument is a component of the pollution source online monitoring system, and its main function is to manage normalization. 2. Standardization of operation and maintenance

The data acquisition and transmission device is the guarantee for achieving standardized operation and maintenance. After the construction of the online monitoring system is completed, the operation, maintenance, and management of the system are the key to ensuring its normal operation. Only by first achieving stability in data transmission can the accuracy of online monitoring data be gradually improved, ultimately achieving the goal of monitoring data as the basis for environmental management. Therefore, by using a stable data acquisition and transmission device, it is possible to achieve programmatic and standardized operation and maintenance work, in order to improve the efficiency of system maintenance and emergency response.

3. Standardization of transmission

The data acquisition and transmission instrument has achieved standardization of data transmission. The upper computer of the online monitoring system uses a common software platform, while the front-end is an independent station building and independent collection system. The data transmission in the on-site system involves two parts: communication with the upper computer system and communication with the on-site instruments (or on-site machines). Currently, all suppliers of upper computer monitoring platforms use the standard HJ/T212-2005 protocol to communicate with on-site machines. Due to the wide variety of instrument communication types on site, the output signals are also different. The data acquisition and transmission instrument is compatible with these communication methods, and standardizes the output signals or data of the instrument for data processing, enabling 'transparent transmission' between different types of instruments and various data monitoring platforms. At present, most of the flue gas systems in the market come with industrial control computers, and some manufacturers' water quality instrument systems also come with industrial control computers. But industrial control computers are only a part of the instrument end and also require data acquisition and transmission devices to achieve standardized data transmission.
