Overview

Digital display meter is the abbreviation for digital display instrument. The commonly used display components for monitors are LED and LCD. The $r $n digital display meter is widely used in various industries and daily life due to its visual intuition, convenient setting, and high degree of intelligent control. In addition, with the rapid development of current sensing technology, the functions of digital display instruments continue to be powerful and the accuracy continues to improve. Digital display instruments are replacing traditional mechanical instruments in large quantities. Digital display meter, temperature controller, digital intelligent 220v current and voltage

Product Details

A digital display instrument is an instrument with an analog-to-digital converter that displays the value of the measured variable in decimal digital form. It is compatible with various sensors and distributors and can display various parameters. Digital instruments have the advantages of high precision, comprehensive functions, fast speed, strong resistance, small size, low power consumption, intuitive readings, and the ability to input measurement results in digital form into computers, thereby achieving automation of the production process.

auxiliary power supply

The multifunctional power meter has a universal (AC/DC) switch power input interface. Unless otherwise specified, standard products with 220V (AC/DC) or 110V (AC/DC) power interfaces are provided. The maximum working power supply voltage of the instrument is AC/DC: 80-270V. Please ensure that the provided power supply is suitable for this series of products to prevent product damage.

A. It is recommended to install a 1A fuse on the live side of the AC power supply.

B. For areas with poor power quality, it is recommended to install surge suppressors in the power circuit to prevent lightning strikes, as well as fast pulse group suppressors.

input signal

The product adopts a calculation method where each measurement channel collects data separately, ensuring consistency and symmetry during use. It has multiple wiring methods and is suitable for different load forms.

Instructions:

A. Voltage input: The input voltage should not exceed the rated input voltage of the product (100V or 400V), otherwise PT should be considered, and a 1A fuse must be installed at the voltage input end.

B. Current input: The standard rated input current is 5A. If it is greater than 5A, an external CT should be used. If other instruments are connected to the CT used, the wiring should be in series. Before removing the current input connection of the product, be sure to disconnect the CT primary circuit or short-circuit the secondary circuit. It is recommended to use a wiring harness instead of directly connecting to the CT for ease of disassembly and assembly.

C. Ensure that the input voltage and current correspond, the phase sequence is consistent, and the direction is consistent; Otherwise, numerical and symbol errors may occur!! (Power and electrical energy)

D. The configuration of the instrument input network is determined by the number of CTs in the system. In the case of 2 CTs, the three-phase three wire two component mode is selected; In the case of 3 CTs, choose the three-phase four wire three element mode. The input network NET set in instrument wiring and programming should be consistent with the wiring method of the measured load, otherwise it may cause the voltage or power measured by the instrument to be incorrect. Among them, in the three-phase three wire system, the voltage measured and displayed is the line voltage; In three-phase four wire systems, the voltage measurement displays the phase voltage.

Instructions for use

Measurement display

The multifunctional power meter can measure the power parameters in the power grid, including Ua, Ub, Uc (phase voltage); Uab, Ubc, Uea (line voltage) Ia, Ib, Ic (current); Pa, Pb, Pc, Ps (active power per phase and total active power); Qa, Qb, Qc, Qs (reactive power per phase and total reactive power); PFs (total power factor); Ss (total apparent power); FR (frequency) and active (reactive) electrical energy, all measured electrical parameters are saved in the internal electrical information table of the instrument, and these data can be accessed and collected through the digital communication interface of the instrument. For different models of instruments, their display content and methods may vary. Please refer to the specific instructions.
