Incubator 3Q validation

Equipment Name: Incubator 3Q Validation Project: Set 9 points, 1 temperature point: 3 times empty load and 3 times full load, each time for 4 hours Validation Point: 1 temperature point Remarks: Adding 1 temperature point will incur additional costs, which will be charged based on the duration. For example, 1 temperature point will be tested for 24 hours, with 3 sets of validation projects for empty load and 3 sets of validation projects: Installation validation (IQ), operation validation (OQ), performance validation (PQ), etc
Verification steps:
1. Probe calibration (select a certain number of temperature probes for calibration according to the manufacturer's verification requirements)
2. Probe fixation
3. Implement verification
4. Generate report
For this validation, 9 thermal resistance probes were selected and fixed inside the incubator. The thermal resistance probes should not come into contact with the metal surface inside the incubator. The incubator temperature was set at 36 ℃, and the incubator was started to increase from room temperature to 36 ℃. After the temperature stabilized, the validation instrument was started and recorded continuously for 4 hours, with data recorded every five minutes. Verify three times with no load and full load.

Notes:
1. Before verification, it is necessary to confirm the installation and operation of the biochemical incubator to meet the design requirements.
2. Verify the instruments used in the equipment before validation and ensure they are within their validity period
3. The cleaning tools and glass containers used during verification should be cleaned according to SOP procedures and meet the requirements
4. Calibration of temperature probe is required before verification
