1High quality foam desulfurization dust removerOverview
Foam dust remover is a wet dust remover with simple structure, easy operation, simple maintenance, few spare parts and reliable operation. It is the dust removal equipment in the wet coke quenching process of the coking plant, and is also widely used in the smoke suppression, dust removal and air purification of mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other departments to improve working conditions and prevent air pollution.
The foam dust collector is designed by Anshan Coking Refractory Materials Design Institute of the Ministry of Metallurgy. On the basis of the metal structure lined with glass fiber reinforced plastics, it is changed into a full glass fiber reinforced plastics structure. The sieve plate is made of glass fiber reinforced plastics materials, which enhances the corrosion resistance. The original glass fiber reinforced plastics foam dust collector is improved and perfected, and inspection and cleaning facilities are added to purify the air and flue gas containing corrosive dust.

This dust remover is composed of six parts: air inlet chamber, sieve plate, water filter baffle, air outlet, mud valve and water supply system. Under the action of the fan, the dusty air enters from the side of the cylinder. Because the cylinder area is larger than the air inlet area, the air flow speed decreases, and the air flow rate on the cylinder surface rises more evenly. When passing through the sieve plate hole, due to the air flow, the water on the sieve plate blows up a certain height of foam layer, increasing the gas-liquid contact area, so that the dusty air and water can fully contact and wash away the dust in the air. The purified air continues to rise, and as it passes through the secondary baffle, water droplets in the air attach to the baffle and drip on their own. The air is discharged from the outlet to the outside through the fan. The water containing sludge on the sieve plate partially flows into the lower cylinder through the sieve plate holes. Part of it flows into the mud valve through the intermediate overflow pipe. Due to the water seal effect, it can prevent air from entering the dust collector from the mud valve, reducing the amount of equipment air leakage. According to the drainage volume, adjust the drainage valve inside the cylinder to ensure smooth flow of mud. It is also necessary to maintain good sealing performance. The water supply system uses solenoid valves to control switches. Adjust the water supply and air volume in the cylinder according to the requirements, control the height of foam layer, make the foam even, and achieve the ideal purification efficiency. The platform can be used by operators to observe the internal working status of the dust collector and during maintenance.
IIIHigh quality foam desulfurization dust removerDesign and Selection
1. The foam dust remover is divided into 8 specifications according to the size of large water, and 6 assembly methods according to the position of the air inlet and the platform, which must be noted in the design selection. If using a 1050 diameter dust collector B-type assembly, it should be written as BPC-90B; If other types of assembly methods are used, it should be specified when ordering that they will be manufactured according to the design type.
2. The foam dust remover is generally set indoors, which can be used in the south (no icing in winter)
Set outdoors, the dust collector bracket should be installed on a concrete convex platform, which is generally 50-100mm higher than the floor. The installation requirements for reinforced drainage pipes can be determined according to actual needs to determine the height of the convex platform.
3. There are 4 holes with a diameter of 16 on the bottom plate of the dust collector bracket, which are used to fix the anchor bolts.
4. The inlet pressure of the dust collector water supply shall not be less than 0.15Mpa.
5. Foam dust remover is suitable for purifying silica, clay, coke, limestone, raw dolomite and other dusts. It cannot be used for purifying lime, dolomite clinker, light burned magnesia and other dusts to avoid blocking sieve plate holes.
6. For the dust removal system with foam dust remover, the gate must be set before ventilation to prevent excessive air volume and breakdown of foam layer.
7. The upper limit of the resistance of the dust collector should be selected, as the water blocking plate is prone to sticking mud, which increases the resistance of the dust collector.
8. Foam dust remover shall be used in cold areas, and centralized heating shall be set in the plant to prevent freezing. 9. The foam dust remover is not allowed to be used without water supply, so it must be used in the following ways: supply water and electricity valves for 1-3 minutes, dedusting fan for 1-3 minutes, start production equipment, and stop in reverse order.
10. There are two connecting pipes on the water pipeline at the inlet, one above and one below. The upper part is a joint for flushing the water blocking plate, and the lower part is a joint for flushing the mud valve.
