The spray composite type mainly consists of a main cylinder, an upper spray plate, a middle filler, cleaning holes, mirror holes, etc. Its working principle is that the dusty and sulfur-containing airflow enters the cylinder through the inlet flue. The main body is a circular cylinder, and alkaline water is sprayed into the cylinder from the upper spray plate of the dust collector, causing the filling material of the entire cylinder to mix with alkaline water to form a misty water film flowing from top to bottom (the filling material keeps rolling under the action of the airflow, causing it to fully mix and produce a chemical reaction to produce calcium sulfate). The smoke enters the lower part of the cylinder tangentially and rotates upwards inside the cylinder. The dusty gas always rubs against the water film inside the cylinder under the action of centrifugal force, so that the dusty gas is fully wetted by the water film. The dust particles flow with the water to the bottom of the storage tank and are discharged through the overflow hole. A water sealed pipe is installed at the bottom of the cylinder to prevent smoke from leaking out from the lower part, and a cleaning hole is also provided for easy cleaning of the bottom of the cylinder. After dust removal, the wastewater is discharged into the sedimentation tank through the bottom overflow hole for recycling. The purified gas is drawn out through the upper conical part of the cylinder to achieve the purpose of dust removal and desulfurization, so that the exhaust gas can meet environmental protection requirements.
