Hydraulic oil filter element is mainly made of stainless steel woven mesh, sintered mesh, and iron woven mesh. Due to the use of mainly fiberglass filter paper, synthetic fiber filter paper, and wood pulp filter paper as filter materials, it has high concentricity, high pressure resistance, and good straightness. Its structure is made of single or multiple layers of metal mesh and filter material. In specific use, the number of layers and mesh size of the mesh depend on different usage conditions and purposes.

The maintenance method for hydraulic oil filter element is as follows:

1. Before replacing, drain the original hydraulic oil, check the return filter element, suction filter element, and pilot filter element to see if there are any iron, copper, or other impurities attached. If there are any, there may be a hydraulic component malfunction. After troubleshooting, clean the system.

2. When changing hydraulic oil, all hydraulic oil filter elements (return oil filter element, suction filter element, pilot filter element) must be replaced at the same time, otherwise it is equivalent to not replacing them.

3. Distinguish the hydraulic oil grade. Do not mix hydraulic oils of different grades and brands, as they may react and deteriorate to produce flocculent substances. Use this excavator oil.

4. Before refueling, it is necessary to install the oil suction filter. The pipe covered by the oil suction filter directly leads to the main pump. If impurities enter, it will accelerate the wear of the main pump, and if it is heavy, it will pump.

5. Add oil to the standard position. There is usually an oil level gauge on the hydraulic oil tank, check the level gauge. Pay attention to the parking method, usually all oil cylinders are retracted, that is, the forearm and bucket are extended and landed.

6. After refueling, pay attention to the exhaust of air from the main pump. Otherwise, the entire vehicle will temporarily be inactive, and the main pump will make abnormal noises (air explosion). In severe cases, air pockets may damage the main pump. The exhaust method is to directly loosen the pipe joint at the top of the main pump and fill it up directly.
