Wang resin is currently a widely used peptide solid-phase synthesis resin. Wang resin has the advantages of mild conditions, few side reactions, easy operation, and high yield in solid-phase synthesis of peptides, and is therefore widely used in the synthesis of active peptides. As a standard carrier, it can be used for the immobilization of carboxyl and phenolic hydroxyl groups in solid-phase synthesis. After the formation of ester bonds, they can maintain good stability under various reaction conditions, but can also be easily removed from the resin through moderate acid treatment, usually three.
