WSS3 uses conventional water quality organic pollutant analysis methods - gas chromatography - to analyze and detect volatile and semi volatile organic pollutants in water bodies. The tested water sample enters the headspace gasification zone through an automatic injection program, undergoes a headspace process at a certain temperature, and is sent into a gas chromatography column by a carrier gas. According to the principle of chromatographic separation, various pollutant components in the sample are detected due to different retention times.
WSS3 is equipped with different detection units to meet different usage requirements. The types of pollutants that can be analyzed and detected are based on water quality and environmental standards, and can also meet various special needs on a large scale. It can detect nearly 300 types of pollutant components, and the short detection time can be controlled within 3 minutes.
WSS3 has advantages such as simple instrument operation, small size, light weight, low power consumption, and fast analysis time, playing an important role in water quality and environmental analysis that various industries are concerned about.
WSS can be equipped with various detectors based on the composition and requirements of the customer, including PID, PID/TID, and FID. The PID detector can meet conventional detection requirements and comply with the TO-15 priority monitoring compound list. When combined with different gas chromatography systems, it can monitor nearly 300 types of organic pollutants.
