DLYS-502 Paraffin Melting Point (Cooling Curve) TesterDesigned and manufactured according to GB/T2539 "Determination of Melting Point of Petroleum Wax - Cooling Curve Method", it is suitable for petroleum wax and not applicable for the determination of melting points of petroleum wax, microcrystalline wax, and mixtures of petroleum wax, microcrystalline wax, paraffin or crude paraffin. The paraffin melting point cooling curve method is particularly suitable for petroleum wax with a high content of alkanes or crystalline types. Samples containing a large amount of hydrocarbons crystallized at the same temperature release melting heat during the cooling process, temporarily delaying the cooling rate and forming a stagnation period on the cooling curve.
