Product Details
Product Introduction of DWY-95 Impact Test Cryometer
The impact test low-temperature instrument is an important mechanical performance test for metal materials, and the accuracy of the test temperature directly affects the reliability of the test data. The DWY-95 impact test low-temperature instrument (slot) is a product developed by our company based on the requirements for low-temperature devices in GB/T229-2007 "Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method for Metal Materials" (replacing GB/T229-1994 "Charpy Notch Impact Test Method for Metals"), in conjunction with various regulations for deep temperature refrigeration, and is suitable for ultra-low temperature physical and chemical inspection of metal products.
The Yushuo impact test low-temperature instrument adopts a cascade compressor refrigeration technology, utilizing the principle of thermal equilibrium and cyclic stirring to achieve automatic uniform cooling and constant temperature of the sample, and can meet the technical indicators specified in the standard GB/T229-2007. This device is easy to operate and has high work efficiency. It is an ideal sample cooling and constant temperature device for metal low-temperature impact testing. It can also be used for other low-temperature detection and testing work.
The cooling temperature of the DWY-95 impact test low-temperature instrument can reach -95 degrees Celsius.
