This method is used to measure the viscosity and anti segregation properties of concrete, and is suitable for determining the viscosity and anti segregation properties of various grades of concrete.
The testing tool should meet the following requirements
1.VThe shape and internal dimensions of the funnel are shown in the figure, and the capacity of the funnel is approximately10LThe inner surface of the funnel should be processed and trimmed to form a smooth shape. The material used for making the funnel can be metal or plastic. A quick opening and water tight bottom cover funnel should be attached at the outlet of the funnel. The upper edge should be machined flat and constructed smoothly
2.The platform supporting the funnel should have an adjustment device to ensure that the platform is level and easy to transport

The test method shall comply with the following regulations
1.VAfter rinsing the funnel with clean water, place it on a stand so that its top surface is horizontal and the body side is vertical. Ensure that the funnel is stable and wipe the inner surface of the funnel with a twisted wet cloth to keep it moist
2.Before filling the concrete sample into the funnel, it is necessary to confirm whether the bottom cover of the funnel outlet has been closed before placing the concrete receiving container below the funnel outlet.
3.Fill the container for concrete feeding with concrete samples smoothly from the upper end of the funnel until it is full
4.Use a scraper to level the top surface of the concrete along the upper end of the funnel
5.Scrape the top surface of the concrete flat and wait for it to settle1minAfter opening the bottom cover of the funnel discharge port, use a stopwatch to measure the time from opening the cover to the moment when all the concrete inside the funnel flows out accurately0.1sAt the same time, observe and record whether the concrete is blocked or not.
The test results should meet the following requirements
